Our three luxury self-catering holiday cottages are set in a beautiful rural location in Northamptonshire, between Peterborough, Northampton and Cambridge, and just four miles from Oundle. Created in 2006 from a range of traditional farm buildings, they achieve the very highest standard of self-catering holiday cottage accommodation and represent an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in Northants.

Graham Cottage and Len Cottage each sleep four guests, while Alice Cottage sleeps two. Alice can interconnect with Len to create a three-bedroomed family holiday cottage for six. It is also fully M1 and M2 compliant.

Our self-catering holiday cottages are finished to an exceptionally high standard with top quality furnishings and paintings by renowned artists from all over the world that combine to create a calm, modern ambience. The technology includes wireless Internet access, TVs, DVD players and docking stations.

The holiday cottages are about half-a-mile from the nearest road, with trees behind and to the side of them and a glorious view over the Nene Valley. On a clear morning, you can see over ten miles from your bed. We don't shoot this part of the farm, which means that, depending on the time of year, you will sometimes have to wait for game birds to let you pass on the road and will often find yourself chasing hare and leverets in your car.
